REAB, Deceased ) <br /> This matter came on for hearing on the v�_�day of December, <br /> 1962, on the Petition of Donald Reab, Glenn Reab, Gene Reab and <br /> Max Reab, for a determination af inheritance tax and the evidence, <br /> the Petitioners being present in Court and represented by counsel <br /> and the Co�rt having heard the evidence and being ftiilly advised in <br /> the premises finds that all assets involved are located in Hall ' <br /> Ccunty, Nebraska, and that the County Attorney of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, has executed and filed a Waiver of Notice upon him to <br /> show cause, or af the time and place of hearing, and has entered <br /> a voluntary appearance in these proceedings in behalf of the County <br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska and further finds that the only <br /> persons against whom an inheritance tax may be assessed was Merle <br /> H.
