<br /> Petition for Settlement of Final Account and I'istribution are tru�
<br /> and corr�t;t.
<br /> t3) That the estate has been duly adrninistered and all
<br /> claims, debts and expense+a of administration have been duly paid,
<br /> �4) That the inheritance tax due the State of P:ebraska b��
<br /> virtue of the death of said Albert Thesenvitz, deceased, has oeer
<br /> dulp and properlp determined and decrQed by thi9 Court and Lhat the
<br /> said inheritance tax in the amount of �133.00 has been paid in full
<br /> by Dora Thesenyitz, Hidow of said deceased.

<br /> all of which personal proper�y, which by the terms of the Last T�iill
<br /> and Testament of said deceased are bequeathed to �ora Thesenvitz,
