<br /> in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall Cour►ty, Nebraeka,
<br /> an� as a result of the death of the said Armilla R. Matheson, the
<br /> said Ross L. A'.atheson '.�ecame the absolute owner� in fee simple
<br /> titlej of the above desezibed real eetate. The said Ross L.
<br /> �:atheson contributed �S,b25.00 c� tne �8,325.00 consideration
<br /> �aid ror said property. The said :�oss L. Idatheson also becam� the
<br /> �asolute ownez o� t�,e saidk�alance, at date of death, which was in
<br /> th� survivorship bank account� and the survivorship automabile �n.d
