<br /> 2. Armilla R. T�thQson was a resident of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, at the time of her death, and she died in
<br /> said Grand Island, Nebraska, on December 16, 1960, and no proaeed-
<br /> ings for the probate of her estate have been held, or are now
<br /> pending, in the State of Nebraska.
<br /> 3. All persons against whom an inheritance tax�ay be
<br /> assessed are before the Court, the only such persons being the
<br /> petitioner herein, and the Cour� may dispense with any further
<br /> notice snd proceed ta .taa�e a defernination of whether or not an;i
<br /> inheritance ta�c is due.
