The East half of the East Half (E�E�) of Lot Eleven <br /> (11) of Lambert's Subdivision to the City of Grand <br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> and that upon the death of the said Francis S. Perkins title <br /> thereto passed to Ethel E. Perkins; that considering the death <br /> date of said deceased any inheritance taxes which might have i <br /> been due as a result of his death have become outlawed, and said <br /> property is declared to be free and clear ot the potential lien <br /> of such tax. <br /> IT IS TF�REFORE ORDERID, ADJUDGED AN� DECREID by the Court <br /> that the West Half of Lot Eleven (11) of Lambert's Subdivision <br /> to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, passe8 and descended to his <br /> heirs, an undivided one-thrd to his aurviving spouse, Ethel E. <br /> Perkins, and an undivided one-ninth to each of his children, <br /> Charles A. Perkine, Maude A. Walters, Francis J. Perkins, Patty <br /> Mae Perkins, Kenneth D. Perkins ana Jimmy Dean Perkins; that the <br /> East Half of the East Half (E�E'�) of Lot Eleven (11) of Lambert's <br /> Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> passed to Ethel E. Perkins, his joint tenant, by right of sur- <br /> vivorship.
