By agreement of parties said hearing was continued until date of September <br /> 7 <br /> 20, 1962. 'Ihat on the 20th day of Septem�er, 1902, the Court, being duly advise <br /> 8 <br /> in the premises and having examined the records anci files in said case and havin <br /> 9 <br /> taken testir�ony and made a determination of state inh�ritance tax and allowance <br /> ZO <br /> for Court costs and attorney fees finds that due and legal notice has been given <br /> 11 <br /> to all persons interasted in said estate of the tim2 and placa fixed for hearing <br /> 12 <br /> in said estate as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br /> 13 <br /> And no one appearing to object to said report and the Court haviny examined <br /> 14 <br /> the same together +r�ith the vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support <br /> 15 <br /> thereof and beinc� duly advised in the pramis s f'_nds that said report is truE <br /> 16 <br /> and correct in all things and that the �ame ought to be allowed and approved as <br /> 17 <br /> and for the Final Report of said F.xecutrix <br /> 18 <br /> The Court further finds that the said Mary Mullen departed tt,is life on the <br /> 19 <br /> 16th day of April� 1955, and at tha time of her death was a resident and inhabit <br /> 20 <br /> ant of Hall County� Nebraska. <br /> 21 <br /> That on the 29th day of April, 1955, Mary E.
