W0.ILLEN, Deceased ) <br /> 3 On the 13th day of September, 1962, this cause cama on for hearing upon <br /> 4 the Final Report of Theresa �lullen Lane, Administratrix of the Estate of John <br /> 5 J. N�ullen, deceased, and upon her petition for settlement of said estate� <br /> 6 determination of state inheritance tax and other mattars pertaining thereto� <br /> 7 together with her discharge therefn. By agreement of parties said hearing was <br /> 8 continued until date of September 20� 1962, ltiat on tha 20th day of September� <br /> 9 1962� the Court baing duly advised in the premises and having examined the <br /> 10 records and files, finds that dua and legal notice has been given to all persons <br /> 11 interested in said estate, of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said <br /> 12 estate as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br /> 13 pnd no ona appearing to object to said report and the Court having this <br /> 14 day made a detarmination of state. inheritance tax and an order assessing same, <br /> 15 and the Court also having examined said Final Report, together with vouchers <br /> 16 on file and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in <br /> 17 the premisss finds that said Report is true and correct in all things and that <br /> 18 the same ought to be allowed and approved as and for the Fina� Report of said <br /> 19 Administratrix. <br /> 20 The Court finds that said John J. Mullen departed this life on the 18th day <br /> 21 of Au ust 1961 in Omaha Dou las Count Nebraska where he was te <br /> 9 � , � 9 Y� mporarily <br /> 22 <br /> domiciled; however, the Court finds that at the time of his death the said John <br /> 23 <br /> . t�!ullen's legal residence was in Hall Connty, t�'ebraska. <br /> 24 <br /> The Court further finds that on tha 16th day of November, 1961, fAary E. <br /> 25 <br /> Mullen and Theresa hRullen Lane, sisters, filed in this Court their duly verified <br /> 26 <br /> etition praying that Letters of Administration be granted to Theresa Ft�llen <br /> 27 <br /> ne in the Estate of John J.
