<br />State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a certain Exchange
<br />W Agreement between Grantor and Grantee dated July 28, 2014, conveys to GRANTEE,

<br />described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />g Lots One (1) and Two (2), Meadowlark West Ninth Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate subject to easements, restrictions,
<br />reservations, covenants, liens and encumbrances of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons claiming the same or any part hereof through, by or under
<br />Grantor, but not otherwise;
<br />By accepting this Special Warranty Deed, GRANTEE acknowledges that it has had
<br />adequate opportunity to inspect the property conveyed herein, as well as all improvements
<br />located thereon, with the understanding that, except as specifically set forth in this Special
<br />Warranty Deed, this conveyance is made without warranty or representation, either express or
<br />implied.
