<br /> "�ra�viron�rte�tut�aw"means federal laws and laws of�he ju.ri�diction wh�re the�roperty is located that
<br /> relate ta health, safety or en�ironmenta�protecti�n; (c} "Er�virorc►nerctal Clea�r�up"includes any response
<br /> action,r�medial action, or r�mv�a�action, as defined in Environmental Law; and�d}an ".E�r�viror�rraeratal
<br /> �orcditiara"means a condition that�an cause,contribute to, or otherwise trigger an Environmental Cleanup.
<br /> Borrower shal�not cause or permit th�presence,use,disposal,storage,or re�ease of any Hazardous
<br /> St��st�.nc�s,or th�reaten ta release an.y�a�ardous Substances,a�or in t�e Froperty.Bo�a�rer sl�a�l not�o,
<br /> nor allo�anyone else to do,any�h�ng affectin�the Praperty(a)�ha�is in violation of any En�uonmenta�
<br /> Law,(b)which creates an Environmental Condit�on,or(c}vvhich,due to the presence,use,or release af a
<br /> Hazardous Substance,creates a condition that adverse�y affects the va�ue of the Property.The preced'uag two
<br /> �enten�es shall nat appi�r ta the presence,use,or storage on the Property of small quantities of Hazardous
<br /> Subs�ances that are generally r�cognized to�e appropriate to normal residen�ial uses and to maintenance of
<br /> the Property�including,but not limited t�,hazard�us substances in consumer products).
<br /> Borrower sha�1 prompt�y give L�nd�r vvr�t�ea notice of�a)any in�estigation,elaim,demand,lawsuit or o�her
<br /> action by any gav�rnmental or regulatory agency or pri�ate party in�ro�ving the Praper�y and any Hazard�us
<br /> Substance or En�uonmental Law of which Borr�vver has actual kno�vledge,(b)any En�rironmental
<br /> �ondition, includ�ng but nat limited to,any spilling,leak�ng,discharge,r�lease or threat of release of any
<br /> I�a.�arc�ous Su�stan�e,and(c}any condition caused by the presence,use vr rele�se of a Hazar�.€�us Substance
<br /> which adv�rsely affects the value of th�Praperty. If Borrower learns,or�s notified by any governmental ar
<br /> regulatory autharity,or any private party,tha�any removal or ather remediati�n of any Ha�ard�us Substan�e
<br /> affecting the Property is necessary,Borro�r�r sha11 promptly take a��necessa.ry remedial actions in
<br /> accordance with Envirvnm�ntal Law.N�thin�herein sha11 create any ob�igation on Lender f�r an
<br /> Environmental Cleanup.
