Trustar represents and warrants to Lender that: (1} During the period of <br /> Trustor's ownership of the Property, there has been no use, generation, manufacture, stora�e, treatment, disposal, <br /> release or threatened release of any Hazard�us Substan�e by any person an, under, about or from the Property; <br /> (2} Trustar has no knowled�e of, or reas�n to belie�e that there has been, except as pre�iously dis�losed to and <br /> acknov+►led�ed by Lender in writing, �a7 any brea�h or �iolation of any En�ironmental Laws, �b} any use, <br /> generation, manufacture, stora�e, treatment, disposal, release or threatened release of any Hazard�us Substan�e <br /> an, under, about or from the Property by any prior ❑wners or occupants of the Property, or (�} any actual or <br /> threatened litigatian or claims of any kind by any persvn relatin� to such matters; and (3} Ex�ept as pre�iously <br /> dis�losed to and acknowled�ed by Lender in writing, �a7 neither Trustar nor any tenant, contractor, agent or other <br /> authorized user of the Property shall use, generate, manufacture, stare, treat, disp�se of or release any Hazard�us <br /> Substan�e an, under, about or from the Property; and �b} any such acti�ity shall be conducted in �omplian�e with <br /> all appli�able federal, state, and Iocal laws, regulations and ordinan�es, includin� without limitatian all <br /> En�ironmental Laws.
