<br /> le�e�or its equi�alent�ursu�ant to�M� State�pera�ions Manual,�hapter
<br /> 7, as may hereaf�er he �dited or updated, or any su�cessor guidance}

<br /> by HUD andlQr Lender of notices, reports, suYveys, carrespondence and
<br /> oth�r �nformat�on shal� not �n any way impase any �b�igati�n ar liability
<br /> on HUI�, Lender ar theu respect��e agents,representati�es or d�signees to
