<br /> "Er�viror���xer��al L,�w"means federal laws and laws af�he�urisd�ctian where th� Prnperty is l�ca�ed that
<br /> relate�o health, safet��r en�iranmen�a�pr�tec�ion; (c} "Et�vrr�njrtenta� C�ear�up"�ncludes an�r response
<br /> ac���n, remedial act�on, or remaval ac�ion, as defined �n�n�rironmental Law; and�d� an "Envir�r��r�et�ta�
<br /> �o�2ditrot2"means a c�ndi��on tha�Can cause, cantribu�e�o, or�ther�ise�rx�ger an En�iron.menta� Cieanup.

<br /> Subs�ances, or�hrea�en to relea�e any Hazardaus Substances, on or in the Propert�. Borrov�er shall not do,
<br /> nor al��w anyone��se ta do, anythin� affect�ng the Proper���a} that is �n v�a�at��n of any �nv�ronmen�al
<br /> Law, �b} which creates an Environm�n�al Condi�ion, or�c}vvhich, due to�he presence, use, ar re�ease af a
