No partion of the Pr�ject <br /> shall be leased for a.ny �ommercia� puxpvse or use vvithout receiving HUD's prior written <br /> appr�val as ta terms, form and amount, except for c�mmercial Ieases for support �r ancillary <br /> services which are subordinate to th� Borrovver's Security Instrument, have terms of not more <br /> than five �5) years and otherw�se c�mply With Program �bligations. �peratar shall deliver an <br /> executed copy of a,r�y c�mmercial lease tn HUD and Lender within thirty (3�} days after its <br /> effective date. <br /> 18. AUDITS AND INSPE�TIUNS. All portions �f the Proj ect, including without <br /> limitatian all �f the Mortgaged Property and any �ther equipment, �7Lii�C�111�5, plans, offices, <br /> apparatus, de�ices, bonks, contracts, records, documents, and other papers relating ta the <br /> operat�on of the Health�are FaCility shall at all times be maintained in reasonable conditian for <br /> proper audit and subj e�t to examination ar�d inspecti�n at any reasonable tirne by HUD, Lender, <br /> or the duly authorized �.gents of either. �perator shall keep copies of all written contra�ts ar <br /> ather instruments which affect the Mortgaged Property, all ar any �f which may he subj ect to <br /> inspection and examinati�n b� HUD or its duly authorized agents. The abligations �f�perator <br /> under this Section shall be limited t� the extent necessary in �rder for �perator to comply with <br /> applicable laws regarding the confidentiality of residentlpatient med�cal records and informatian. <br /> 19. N�N-DIS�RIMINATI[�N. There shall be full compliance v��th the provisians <br /> of(1) any state or loca� laws prohibiting discriminati�n in hausing on the basis �f race, color, <br /> cr�ed, or national �rigin; and �Z} the regulations of HUD pro�iding far non-d�scriminati�n and <br /> equal opportunity in housing.
