FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT <br /> 9. DUTSTANDYNG �BLIGATI�NS. B�rrower shall ha��no obli�ations as of <br /> th�date af this Agreement except those appr�ved by HUL7 �n vvriting and, except far those <br /> approved obl�gati�n�,th� Land has been paid f�r in fu11�or if the Land is subject to a�easehold <br /> in�erest, it mu�t b�e subj ect�o a HUI]-ap�roved Iease}, arad is free fr�m any liens or purchase <br /> m�ney ob�i�ations, exc��t as appraved�ay HUD.
