<br /> r�insurer of the Borrower's Security Instrument, or oblYgated to r�iz�sure the N�te or the
<br /> Borrow�r�s S ecurity Inst�rument.
<br /> �1. FARAM�UNT RIGHTS ANI]�BLIGATI�NS. Borrower warra.nts that it has
<br /> not, a�d shall not,execute any�ther a�re�ment with pro�isians�ontradictory af, �r�n opposi�ia�
<br /> to,the pro�isions hereof, and tha�, in any ever�t,the r�quirem�ents�f this Agreement�are
<br /> param�unt and contralling as t��the rights and obligations set farth and �up�rsede a.n.y ather
<br /> requirements in conflict therewith.
<br /> 42. SEVERABILITY. The invalidity of any clause, part, or pr�visi�n of�his
<br /> Agreement shall nat affect the validity�f the remaining por�ions hereaf.

<br /> r�venues and receipts�f vvhatsa�ever sort that it may receive�r be entitled ta rec�i�e fram the
<br /> operation of the M�r�ga�ed Property, subject to the assignment of�ents ar�d other pr��isi�n�in
<br /> th�Borrovver's Security Instrum�nt and, if Borr�vver is also �perator, subject to the rights of at�.y
