Part 35, subpart G, and any su�cessor regulat�ons; <br /> inc�uding but nat limited to those of the foregoing pertaining to: health and safety; construction <br /> of Impro�ements an th� Mortgaged Praper�y; fair housing; �i��l rights; zon�ng and land use; <br /> Leases; and maintenanc�and disposition af security depos�tsy and,with respect to al� of the <br /> f�regoing, al1 subsequent amendments,revisior�s, pramulgations or enactments. Borrower shall <br /> at al� times mainta�n records sufficier�t to demonstrate�ompliance with the pro�isi�ns of this <br /> Section 11. Borrower sha11 take apprapriate measures ta pre�ent, and sha�l not engage �n ar <br /> knawingly permit, any il�egal acti�ities at the Mortgaged Praperty, including th�se that c�uld <br /> endanger residents or�isit�rs, result in damage to the M�r�gaged Property, result in forfeiture of <br /> th�Martgaged Pr�perty, or otherwise impair the 1 ien created by this Security Instrument or <br /> Lender's int�rest in the Mortgaged Proper�y.
