<br /> Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No. 0200601282
<br /> on the 14�' of February, 2006, and entered as Instrument No. 0200707562 on the 4�' of
<br /> September, 2007, and entered as Instrument No. 0200907514 on the 16th of September, 2009,

<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br /> Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot Four (4), Block Three (3), in Cunningham Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, and that part of the vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 8371 filed April 1, 1998
<br /> in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 98-103011.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accorda�ce with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
