<br /> THE MUSEUM BOARD OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, herein called Grantor,

<br />, acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br /> a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br /> and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br /> replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br /> appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br /> and through a part of Lot One (1), Stuhr Museum Subdivision, an addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County; Nebraska. The centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide
<br />' easements and right-of-way tracts being more particularly described as follows:

<br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of
<br /> Section Thirty Two (32), Township Eleven (11} North, Range Nine (9) West,
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence westerly along the northerly line
<br /> of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) said Section Thirty Two (32), on an
<br /> assumed bearing of N90°00'00"W, a distance of two hundred seventy five
<br /> and fifteen hundredths (275.15) feet; thence S01°00'40"E, a distance of
<br /> eighty and twelve hundredths (80.12} feet to a point on the northerly line of
<br /> Stuhr Museum Subdivision said point being the centerline of an existing
<br /> easement described in Miscellaneous Book 28, Page 378, recorded in the
<br /> Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska; thence continuing
<br /> S01°00'40"E, a distance of four hundred seventy three (473.0) feet; thence
