7.12 Release of Rights of Dower, Homestead and Distributive Share. Each of the undersigned hereby <br />relinquishes all rights of dower, homestead and distributive share in and to the Mortgaged Property and waives all <br />rights of exemption as to any of the Mortgaged Property. <br />7.13 Waiver of Jury Trial. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTOR AND BENEFICIARY <br />HEREBY JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY <br />ACTION OR PROCEEDING RELATING TO ANY OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS, THE DEED OF <br />TRUST, THE OBLIGATIONS THEREUNDER, THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY OR ANY <br />TRANSACTION ARISING THEREFROM OR CONNECTED THERETO.
