September 23, 2017 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />SS: <br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this 113 day of September, <br />2014, by Ronald S. Depue, Successor Trustee, and is with reference <br />to Deed of Trust wherein Randall J. Levering and Rebecca R. <br />Levering, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Lawrence J. <br />Levering and Sarah L. Levering, husband and wife, are Trustor and <br />Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Successor Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on April 27, 2010, and <br />identified as Document No. 201002810, conveying to Successor <br />Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Part of Lot One (1), Garrett's Subdivision of part of the East <br />Half (E1 /2) of Section Nine (9) in Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: 122.55 feet North and <br />3 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot One (1), <br />running thence West at right angles 190.0 feet, thence running <br />North parallel to the East line of said Lot One (1) 60 feet, <br />thence running East to the East line of said Lot One (1), <br />thence running South 60 feet to the place of beginning, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaii g. <br />RONALD S.
