<br /> The Northerly Thirty-Four and Eight-Tenths (34.8)
<br /> feet of the Westerly Forty-Four (44) £eet oE Lot
<br /> Five (5), Bloc'k Thirty-Two (32), Original Town,
<br /> now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska_
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described with all the
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagee and to
<br /> his heirs or personal representatives, forever, provided always,
<br /> 1 and these presents are upon the express condition that if the afore-
<br /> said Mortgagors, their heirs or personal representatives, shall pay .
<br /> or cause to be paid to the said Mortgagee, his heirs or personal
<br /> representatives, the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars
<br /> (575,000,00) with interest thereon, payable all according to the ten-
<br /> ure and e£fect of three Promissory Notes executed by WESLEY D. JOHN-
<br /> STON and PEARL M. JOHNSTON, husband and wi£e, and delivered to D.
<br /> DALE SKINNER on March 15, 1978, April 4, 1978 and May 12, 1978, and
<br /> shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate,
<br /> and 'keep the buildings on said premises insured, then tkzese premises
<br /> to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full fiorce.

<br /> � It is further aqreed (1) That if the said Mortgagors shall
<br /> � fail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the said Mortgagee
<br /> � may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so ad-
<br /> vanced with interest in accordance with the said Promissory Notes
<br /> �� shall be paid by said Mortgagors, and this Mortgage shall stand as
<br /> � security for the same. (2) That a failure to pay any of said money,
<br /> ; either prin�ipal or interest, when the same becomes due, or fail-
<br /> ure to comply with all of the foregoing agreements, shall cause
<br /> the whole sum of money herein secured to become due and collectible
<br /> at once at the option of the Mortgagee.
