<br /> as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br /> from the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage given on a part-of the
<br /> lots of the Subdivision and on other land described in the Mortgage
<br /> executed by Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green, husband and wife,
<br /> Mortgagors, to Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp and Ralph Maddox,
<br /> Mortgagees, on October 3, 1977, and recorded on October 7, 1977, in
<br /> the Of£ice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraslca, as
<br /> Document No. 77-005860, given as security for the payment of the debt
<br /> described in the Mortgage.
<br /> This Partial Release of Mortgage is given on the express
<br /> condition it shall in no way affect the lien of the Mortgage on the
<br /> remaining land described in the Mortgage but shall only be construed
<br /> as release from the lien of the Mortqage as to the real estate
<br /> specifically described in this Partial Release of Mortgage.
<br /> LeRoy Nunnenkamp, husband of Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp,
