<br /> Notice is hereby given that CLARENCE I. CATES and LEODA MARIE CATES, each
<br /> in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, "Sellers", have contracted
<br /> to sell the following described real estate to A. E. BACHMAN and MAX A. BACHMAN,
<br /> as tenants in common, "Buyers", to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quartar of
<br /> the Northwest Quarter (N4f4NW4) of Section One (1), Township
<br /> Tvrelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section One (1); thence
<br /> easterly along the north line of said Section One (1), a distance
<br /> of Eight Hundred Seventy-Five and Sixty-Six Hundredths (875.66}
<br /> feet; thence deflecting right 87°11 '50" and running southerly,
<br /> a distance of Five Hundred Thirteen (513.0) feet; thence deflecting

<br /> This is notice of agreement only, and the terms and conditions of the sale
