The determination by the Trustee of all matters � i 8jwith respect to what shall constitute principal of the trust 9 � estate , gross income therefrom and net income distributable under lO � lthe terms of the trust shall be governed by the provisions o£ the 11 laws of the State of Nebraska as they may from time to time exist , 12 except as any of such matters may otherwise be provided for in 13 this instrument . In the event and to the extent that any of such 14imatters relating to what constitutes principal and income of the 15 trust estate is not provided for either in this instrument or in 16 the said laws , the Trustee shall have full power and authority to 17 determine such matters in the Trustee ' s discretion . The Trustee , 18 may rely upon the statement of the paying corporation as to whether 19 dividends are paid from profits or earnings or are a return of 20 capital or a distribution of assets , and as to any other fact 21 relevant hereunder concerning the source or character of divi - ; 22 dends or distributions of corporate assets . 3 D . In any case in which the Trustee is required � � �4 � pursuant to the provisions of the trust , to divide any trust 25 property into parts or shares £or the purpose of distribution , 26 or otherwise , the Trustee is authorized , in the Trustee ' s absolute 27 discretion , to make the division and distribution in kind , 28 including undivided interests in any property , or partly in kind 29 and partly in money , and £or this purpose to make such sales of � 30 �e trust property as the Trustee may deein necessary on such , 31 � � � terms and conditions as the Trustee shall see fit . ~ � V „5 ., 32 ` I �.,.a: E .
