GENERAL PROVISIONS � A . The resigning Trustee shall have the right 11 , ' to appoint a successor Trustee , or , if the Trustee does not , 12� the resigning Trustee or any such beneficiary of the trust may 13I secure the appointment of a successor Trustee by a court of 14� competent jurisdiction , at the expense of the trust estate . The 15 resigning Trustee siiall transfer and deliver to the Trustee ` s 1B successor the then entire trust estate and the Trustee shall < ;: � 17 thereupon be discharged as Trustee of the trust and shall have 5,' 181 no further powers , discretions , rights , obligations or duties lg � with reference to the trust estate and all such powers , dis - 2pl cretions , rights , obligations and duties of the resigning Trustee 21 shall inure to and be binding upon such successor Trustee . 22I B . � No successor Trustee shall have any responsibility for 23 the acts or omissions of any prior Trustee ; nor shall any successor 24 Trustee have any duty to audit or investigate the accounts or 25 administration of any prior Trustee ; nor shall any successor ; 26 Trustee have any duty to take action to obtain redress for breach 27 of trust by a prior Trustee , unless the Trustee is requested 28 to do so by a beneficiary of the trust . 29 C . Income accrued or unpaid on trust property when received 30 into the trust shall be treated as any other income .
