<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, together with the following rights, namely,
<br /> unrestricted ingress and egress to the land above described for the
<br /> exercise of all the rights herein granted, including clearing and keeping
<br /> clear of all trees, roots; fences, buildings, and other obstructions
<br /> thereon.
<br /> Any such appurtenances placed by the Grantee underneath, on, or
<br /> above the tract of land above described shall remain the property of

<br /> on such easement, and the rights herein granted shall run with the title
