<br /> :".j That John E. Dehner, also known as John "Nig" Dehner, died intestate on October
<br /> � 27, 1969, at Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois; that said decedent had never married �
<br /> ' � and left no child or children surviving and was preceded in death by both parents
<br /> and left as his sole arid only heirs-at-law his fiollowing named brothers and sisters:
<br /> Gertrude R. Dehner, sister, Anna E. Dehner, sister, Frances A. Dehner, sister, Simon 1,'
<br /> R. Dehner, brother, Josephine Walsh, sister, and Mary Louise Duginger, sister; that
<br /> at the date of his death the said John E. Dehner owned and possessed a life estate '
<br /> in one-eighth (1/8) of the above described real property as a joint tenant with his "
<br /> sisters, Gertrude R. Dehner, Anna E. Dehner and Frances Dehner by virtue of the above '.
<br /> cfescribed Quitclaiin Deed dated September 30, 1967, but that said decedent owned no
<br /> 1 property requiring administration of his estate in the state of his domicile or the �
<br /> State of Nebraska and that his life estate in and to one-eighth (1/8) of the above
<br /> described property was the only property owned by said decedent at the time of his
<br /> S death.
<br /> °� j That the records of the Ha11 County Assessor's Office indicate that the actual y,;
<br /> � value of the fee simple title of the above described property was $98,120 for the
<br /> ; � year 1969, which value included a reappraisal of Hall County property for said year; `
<br /> that the vaiue of the decedent's life estate in an undivided one-eighth (1/8) of
<br /> said property was $12,265 and that said interest vested on decedent's death in his
<br /> ,o;� three sisters, Gertrude R. Dehner, Anna E. Dehner and Frances A. Dehner, as sur-
<br /> viving joint tenants, each of whom are entitTed to a $10,000 exemption as sisters
<br /> � under the Inheritance Tax laws of this state and that there would be no Nebraska „�.
