<br /> WARRANTY DEED
<br /> IEARL KAY and CAROLINE F. KAY, husband and wife, herein
<br /> called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Two Hundred Fifty-two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($252,000.00)
<br /> received from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm unto ELTON L. STELK and VALON E. STELK,
<br /> husband and wife, as tenants in common, the following
<br /> described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E�SEe)
<br /> and the North Ha1f of the West Half of the South-
<br /> east Quarter (N'�W'�SEa) and an exclusive easement
<br /> for driveway purposes over and upon the Easterly
<br /> Thirty-three (E33) Feet of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section Fifteen
<br /> (15) , Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) ,
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their
<br /> heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the
<br /> said Grantees and with their heirs and assigns, that we are
<br /> lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br /> encumbrance except the real estate mortgage in favor of ';
<br /> Charles Kay, dated May 29, 1970 secures a note which has a
<br /> final payment date of March l, 1981; Sellers must pay the
<br /> balance due under that note as the payments become due, and
<br /> if Sellers do not do that, Buyer may pay the same and deduct
<br /> the payments of principal and interest so made from the
<br /> amount due to Sellers, and that we have good right and
<br /> lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to
<br /> warrant and defend the title to said premises against the
<br /> lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said
<br /> Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim and
<br /> interest in and to the above described premises.
