The lot line has been established by arbitration and a copy of such arbitration finding is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. 2. 7.'he £our-room dwelling witl-i attactied garage and any other improvements situated on the above described leased;premises. 3. My lease rights under said lease for the above premises and said 570 shares of stock are hereby assigned by me to the said purchasers.
