<br /> presents, in consideration ot one dollar and other valuable
<br /> consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acicnowledged by me from
<br /> the buyers, do hereby sell, set over, transfer, and assign unto
<br /> Francis J. Gauthier and Stiari M. Gauthier, as joint tenants,
<br /> all of my interest in the improvements, comprising primarily

<br /> Ruby L_ Shupp does further assign to the buyers all her
<br /> interest in her lease with Kuester I;ake, Inc_, Lessor, for the
<br /> above described premises and which lease was executed March 16, 1978
<br /> and extends to, Febriiary 28, 2013.
<br /> Ruby L_ Shupp does further hereby assign to the Buyers her
<br /> 300 shares of common stock in Kuester Lalce, Inc.
<br /> Ruby L. Shupp warrants that she is the owner ot the improve-
<br /> ments on said premises, the owner of said lease, and she owner
<br /> of said scock, and that she is entitled and authorized to sell y ;
<br /> the same to the buyers; that said property items are free o£ all
<br /> f liens and encumbrances and that she will defend the same against
<br /> the claims of all persons whomsoever.
