<br /> TRTNITY LUTHERAN CHURCH-Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Ha11
<br /> County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantor, for One Dollar ($1.00)
<br /> consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants
<br /> and conveys unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, �TEBRASKA,
<br /> a municipal corporation in Hall County, D?ebraska, herein called the
<br /> Grantee, a permanent and perpetual right-of-way and easement to construct,
<br /> operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove a sanitary sewer
<br /> main, manholes, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon,
<br /> underneath, and through the tract of land arid real estate described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> That part of Blocic 72, Grheeler & Bennett' s 2nd Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, described as follows: Eight
<br /> (8) feet each side of the sewer line beginning at the
<br /> sanitary sewer manhole in the center of the vacated alley
<br /> at the easterly line of said BLock 72; thence westerly
<br /> approximately one hundred fifty-five (155) feet to a sanitary
<br /> sewer manhole which is approximately twenty-two (22) feet
<br /> ` northerly of the southerly line of Lot 3 of said Block 72,
<br /> � and approximately six (6) feet easterly of the westerly
<br /> line of said Lot 3; thence westerly parallel to the southerly
<br /> , � line of said Lot 3, approximately thirteen (13) feet to the ,�,-
<br /> new building; and
<br /> � The westerly sixteen (16) feet of the vacated alley in said
<br /> � Block 72; and

<br /> � The westerly sixteen (16) feet of the southerly thirty (30)
<br /> feet of Lot 5 of said Block 72; ,
<br /> � All as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto
<br /> and incorporated herein by reference;
<br /> together with all rights of ingress and egress for the installation and
<br /> maintenance of such utility.
<br /> Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary
