<br /> or agreement o[this Mortgage, including covenants to pay when due the sums secured by this Mortgage, the Modgagee shall
<br /> be entitled, at [ts sole option and withoub notice, to declare al! sums securnd by this Mortgage to be immediately dne and
<br /> payable and may commence Soreclosurn of t6is Mortgage by judicial proceedings; and, provided furthet, that upon such
<br /> de[ault the Mortgagee, or a receiver appointed by a court, may at iks option and without regard to the adequacy ot the
<br /> security, enter upon and take possession o[ the Property and collect the rents, issues and profits theretrom and apply them

<br /> il. Future Advances. Upon request of Mortgagor, Mortgagee may make add[tional and Lnture advaztces ko
<br /> Mortgagee. Such advances, wlth Internst thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes
<br /> steting that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shali the principal amount of the indebtedness secuted by this

<br /> 12. Miscellaneous Provisions.
<br /> (a) My forebearance in exercising any right or remedy shall not be a waiver thereo[.
