<br /> promissory note hereiaafter described, the undersigned, TWIN RIVERS, INC., a �'
<br /> Nebraska Corpoxation, and Sidney Waldbassm, Zndividually, hereby covenant and
<br /> 'i' agree to pay to TFIE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br /> or order, the principal aum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($15,000.00),
<br /> together with interest thereon at Eight and Three-Fourths Per Cent (8 3/4%) per
<br /> annum from the date hereof, such sum to be payable two (2) years from date.
<br /> Interest sha11 also be payable on October 23 and April 23 of each year.
<br /> The original principal note in the amount of TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND AND
<br /> NO/100 DOLLARS {$23,000.00), was executed and delivered by the undersigned under
<br /> the date of April 23, 1974, to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraslca, and was due and payable on the 23rd day of April, 1976,
<br /> togetfier with interest at 8 3/4% per annum and secured by a real estate mortgage 7
<br /> to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded in i
<br /> Book 165 on Page 409 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real
<br /> Estate Mortgage above described, other than hereinbefore modified and remain
<br /> unchanged and in full force and effect during such extended period. If default
<br /> be made in payment of any terms hereof, the whole principal sum, with interest ,; r �,
<br /> thereon, ahall immediately become due and payable at the election of the legal
<br /> holder thereof.
<br /> � In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such "�r�;;
