<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WIiEREAS, Mid-Continent Enterprises, a Nebraska corporation, is
<br /> the owner of all the Lots in "Bison Meadows Subdivision", a subdivi-
<br /> sion in Hall County, Nebraska, located on a tract of land comprising
<br /> a part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W�SW�) o£ Section
<br /> Five ES), Tawnship Nine (9), North, Range Nine t91 West of the 6th
<br /> P.M_, Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the North line of said West
<br /> Half of the Southwest S2uarter (W'.gSW'�) , said point
<br /> being 150.0 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
<br /> West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W3fSW'�) , said point

<br /> i WHEREAS, Mid-Continent Enterprises has earlier adopted in the
<br /> Agreement for Protective Covenants wh ich Agreement has been £iled
<br /> with the Register of Deeds Office_
<br /> �? WHEREAS, it is necessary to make chanqes in that original Agreement
<br /> a for Protective Covenants.
<br /> NOw, THEREFORE, in consideration thereof, and in consideration
<br /> of the mutual benefits to be derived by the owners of said Subdivision
<br /> + and any subsequent purchaser or purchasers, their heirs, administrators,
<br /> ' executors and assigns, Mid-Continent Enterprises, a Nebraska corpora-
<br /> '' tion, by its President, Milan Bish, and Secretary, Ronald R_ Vonderohe, �
<br /> hereby amend the original Agreement as follows:
<br /> ' 3. No structure on Lot No. 22 or Lots No. 27 through 40, inclusive,
<br /> aed out Lot B shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to remain
<br /> closer than twenty (20) feet from the fxont of said Lot, nor closer
<br /> than ten (10) feet from the side or rear of the Lot line.
