� � � ys- �D 0 2�'71 SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT p DESCH SECOND SUBDIVISION 1� ... , � Ha11 County, Nebraska Pacific Realty Company, a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a11 of Lot Ttao (2) , ' Descr Subdivision, situated in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE�SE3;) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. , in HaL1 County, Nebraska, said tract containing 3.265 acres, more or 1ess, desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of Grand Island, and hereby sub- mits to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by Iaw an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Desch Second Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivi- � sion, with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and � proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged ; by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land 2 surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to public utilities. � In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said Desch Second Sub- �� ; division, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install at its expense the following improvements: ,; 1. Water. No public water service is available to the subdivision. � Accordingly, private wells are authorized within said subdivision to service the respective lots therein.
