<br /> ' SECTION 3. Said improvements shall bc made in accord.ance with plans and specifications
<br /> psepnred by thc Engineer for the City wha shall estimate thc cost therea£, and submic chc
<br /> 6sme to th�e City Council, and upon approval of the same, bids for thc consttTicti.'on o� such
<br /> sanitary sewer shall be taken and rontraats entesed into in the manner provided by law.
<br /> SECTION 4. The cost of construction of such improvements shall be assessed against the
<br /> property ai[hin the discrict abutting upon the easements or other right-of-way vithin which -
<br /> such sanitary sewer main will be constructed within such sewerage district to the extent of
<br /> benefits to such property by reason of such improvemenc, and a speeial tax shall be levied
<br /> at one time to pay for such cost of construction as soon as can be ascertained, as provided
<br /> by lam; and, provided further, such special tax and assessments shall constitute a sinking
<br /> fund for tke paysnent of any bonds with interest issued for the purpose of paying�che cost of ,
<br />- 6nch sewer in such district: such special assessments shall be paid and collected in a fund
<br /> to be designated and known as the Sewer and Water Extension Fund, and, out of which all �+arr-
<br /> , ants issued for the purpose of paying the cost of such sanitary seuer shall be paid.
<br /> � SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and takc effect from and after its passage,
<br />. approval, and publication, without the•plat, as provided by law_ •
<br /> SECTION 6. This ordinance, vith the plat, is hereby directed to be £iled in the office
<br /> of the Register o£ Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. �
