<br /> Elizabeth Carrol Eveland, a single person, herein called the Grantor,
<br /> in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
<br /> edged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br /> i a municipal corparation in Kall County, Nebraska, herein called the
<br /> Grantee, a permanent and perpetual right-of-way and easetnent to construct,
<br /> operate, maintain, exter:d, repair, replace, and remove an underground
<br /> sanitary sewer line , and appurtenances connected with such sewer line,
<br /> upon, undemeath and through the tract of land and real estate described
<br /> as follows: .
<br /> Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Lot 3, Block
<br /> 19, Sclzimmer's Addition, said point lying 44 feet (13_411
<br /> meters) southerly from the northwest corner of said Lot 3;
<br /> thence running easterly on a .line parallel to and 44 feet
<br /> (13.411 meters) southerly from the northerly line of said
<br /> Lot 3 a distance of 4 feet (1.219 meters) ; thence running -
<br /> soutl2erly on a line a distance of $8.46 £eet (26.963 meters)
<br /> to a point an the southerly line of said Lot 3, said point
<br /> lying 13 feet (3.962 meters) easterly from the southwest
<br /> corner of said Lot 3; thence running westerly on the southerly
<br /> line of said Lot 3 a distance of 13 feet (3.962 meters) to
<br /> the westerly line of said Lot 3; thence running northerly on
<br /> the westerly Line of said Lot 3 a distance of 88 feet (26.822
<br /> meters) to the point of beginning, as shown on the plat marked
<br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by ref-
<br /> erence,
<br /> together with the following rights, namely: Unrestricted ingress and
<br /> egress within, through, and across the above described tract of land for
<br /> the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, and the right to clear
<br /> and keep clear o£ trees, roots, brush, shrubbery, and obstructions from
<br /> the surface of such easement area.
<br /> The Grantor, for herself, her heirs, adrninistrators, successors,
<br /> and assigns, hereby covenants that no structures or other obstructions
<br /> shall be erected or permitted on the easement area described above.

<br /> and assigns, hereby covenants that the rights and privileges herein
