<br /> Trust Company recorded in Book 47 of Miscellaneous Records at Page
<br /> 316, in the offices of the Register of Deeds of Aall County, Nebraska,
<br /> TFLAT said Extension Agreement indicates that the Business Men's
<br /> Assurance Company of America is the owner and holder of said note �nd
<br /> mortgage, but that in truth and in fact said mortgage, the original
<br /> o£.which was recorded in Book 132 of Mortgages at Page 593, was never
<br />� assigned to Business Men's Assurance Company of America, and in fact,
<br /> Grand Island Trust Company is now and has been since November 21, 1963,
<br /> the owner, holder, and mortgagee of said mortgage.
