Peterson and Richard t.. Peterson, here- <br /> inafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising <br /> all of Lot Three (3) , Connell Industrial Park Subdivision, situated in <br /> part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (N[,��-SF.�-) and part <br /> of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (TTEk;SG1'�,�) of Section F.leven <br /> (11) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Dline (9) Flest of the 6th P.M. , in <br /> Aall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 12.511 acres, more or less, <br /> desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br /> Iand outside the corporate limits but within tG�o miles of the City o£ <br /> Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br /> acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br /> subdivision to be lcnown as Connell Industrial P.ark Second Subdivision, <br /> : designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br /> the lots and �easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated <br /> ;� <br /> by num.bers and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat...q£ ': <br /> such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission <br /> and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to <br /> accuracy of survey ty a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedi- <br /> cation of the easements to the use o.f public utilities. In consideration <br /> of the acceptance of the plat of Connell Industrial Park Second Subdivision, <br /> the Subdividers hereby con�ent and agree with the City of Grand Island, <br /> Nebraska, that they will install at their expense the following improve- <br /> ments: <br /> 1_ GJater and Sanitarv Sewer. Flater and sanitary sewer service is <br /> available to the lots o£ said subdivision. A.11 structures constructed <br /> on sucti lots in said subdivision shall pay any and all charges for conn- <br /> ecting to said service mains prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> 2_ Drainage. The Subdividers agree to dedicate a 16 foot wide <br /> easement on the westerly edge of Lot 1 in said subdivision for the purpose '� <br /> o£ storm water drainage.
