I � <br /> '' 78-- �fll��� <br /> SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> ISETAG SUBDIVISION <br /> I In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> The undersigned, Donald E. Shinabery and Lana J. Shinabery, husband <br /> and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br /> Iand comprising the �•�esterly thirty-eight and seventy-eight hundreds <br /> (38.78) feet of Lot Two (2) , all of Lot Three (3) , and the easterly one <br /> hundred seventy-eight (178.0) feet of Lot Four (4) , Block One (1) , Nelsen - <br /> Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, I:all County, Nebraska, <br /> said tract containing 1.890 acres, more or less, desire to have subdivided <br /> as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is located <br /> within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br /> hereby submit to the City Council of such City f_or acceptance as provided . <br /> by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known <br /> as Setag Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out <br /> and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such <br /> subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, and easetaents by dirsensions, <br /> and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved <br /> by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowl- <br /> edged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br /> land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to public <br /> utilities forever. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of <br /> said Setage Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with <br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide <br /> at their expense the following improvements: <br /> 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive all objection to any <br /> repaving district on 01d Potash Highway and Old Fair Road where they <br /> abut said subdivision. <br /> 2. 4Tater and Sanitary Sewer. City water and sanitary sewer services <br /> are available to all lots within said subdivision.
