<br /> Ohio, 43214, as Mortgagor, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
<br /> THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($150,000.00), in hand paid, do hereby
<br /> grant, bargain, sell and convey unto The First National Bank of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, a banking corporation of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, as Mortgagee, all the right, title and
<br /> interest of the Mortgagor in and to the certain leasehold of the

<br /> Schuele, husband and wife, in a certain lease contract bearing the
<br /> date of Apri1 22, 1977, for the term of 20 years from such date
<br /> and recorded as Instrument No. 77-002191 of the Records of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, together with all of the
<br /> buildings and improvements on said premises which have been or will
<br /> be placed thereon by the Mortgagor during the term of said lease.
