<br /> is that leased to the Mortgagor from Mark Schuele and Phyllis
<br /> Schuele, husband and wife, in a certain lease contract bearing the
<br /> date of Apri1 22, 1977, for the term of 20 years from such date
<br /> and recorded as Instrument No. 77-002191 of the Records of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, together with all of the
<br /> buildings and improvements on said premises which have been or will
<br /> be placed thereon by the Mortgagor during the term of said lease.
