<br /> Clarence I. Hoffman and Carolyn L. HofPman and James J. Kitten
<br /> and Aline R. Kitten, whether one or more, herein called the Mortgagor,
<br /> and The Dverland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Hall
<br /> Coanty, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />� 1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a first
<br /> real estate mortgage dated June 1, 19T7, and recorded August 26, 1977,
<br /> at No. 77-004888 in the office of the Regis ter of Deeds, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, in consideration of the Mortgagee's certain promissory note
<br /> of $362,000.00 whi ch i s a val i d subs i s ting obl i gati on of� the Mortgagor
<br />' and that pdyment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest
<br />? thereon will be due according to the terms of the aforementioned first
<br /> real estate mortgage, Paragraph 3 will be modified and payabTe in the
<br /> fo7lowing manner:
<br /> A note dated June 7, 7977, on which a baiartce of $355,966.00
<br /> remains unpaid, will be repaid in the remaining 118 payments of
<br /> the original 120 payments of $3,0 U.00 principal plus accrued
<br /> interest on the 5th day of each month. Payments on this note
<br /> began on September 5, 1977, and the note will mature August 5,
<br /> 1987. The interest rate on this note is 1�% above the prime
<br /> interest rate of the Overland National Bank, adjusted annually
<br /> from the date of the note.
<br /> 2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original first
<br /> real estate mortgage dated June 1, 1977, shall remain the same, and this
<br /> Mod9fication Agreement is made a part of the original first real estate
<br /> mortgage by reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and
<br /> their heirs.
