<br /> MODIFICATIOM AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br /> William A. Burke and Julia M. Burke, Husband and Wife, whether one �
<br /> or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank of
<br /> Grand Island, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the
<br /> Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br /> 1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a second real
<br /> estate mortgage dated July 28, 7977, and recorded August 2, 1977, as
<br /> Document No. 77-004389 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and in consideration of the Mortgagee's renewal of a
<br /> certain promissory note of William A. Burke and Julia M. Burke, dated
<br /> January 28, 1478, fn the principal sum of $47,320.77. According7y,
<br /> the term5 of the aforementioned second real estate mortgage shall be
<br /> modified and extended to be payable in the followir.g manner:
<br /> $47,320.77 repayable, plus accrued interest, on
<br /> April 28, 1978.
<br /> 2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original second
<br /> real estate mortgage dated July 28, 1977, shall remain the same and this
<br /> Modification and Extension Agreement is made part of the original second
<br /> real estate mortgage by reference and shall inure to all successors and
<br /> assigns and their heirs.
