<br />� 1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a second real .�
<br />; estate mortgage dated Ju1y 26, 1977, and recorded August 12, 1977, as
<br />� . Document No. 77-004610 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hali
<br />� _ County, Nebraska, and in consideration of the Mortgagee's renewal of a ;
<br />� certain promissory note of Wil7iam R. 8urke and Juiia M. 8urke, dated
<br /> January 28, 1978, in the principa7 sum of $ 47,320.77 . Accordingly,
<br />'; the terms of the aforementioned second real estate mortgage shall be
<br /> 1 modified and extended to be payable in the follow-ing manner:
<br />; $47,320.77 repayable, plus accrued interest, on
<br />� April 28, 1978. :
