In consideration <br /> of the acceptance of the plat of said Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number <br /> Three , the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with ttse - City of Grand <br /> Island , Nebraska , that they will install at their expense the following <br /> i�provements : <br /> 1 . Streets . AII streets in said subdivision wi1l. be graded , con- <br /> structed , and hardsurfaced to meet minimum Hall County Standards for <br /> Roads in said county , according to and in compliance with plans and <br /> specifications prepared by a registered engineer and subject to the final <br /> approval and inspection and supervision of the Aall County Director of <br /> Public Works , all at the Subdividers ' expense , before applying for a <br /> building permit for any residence in said subdivision . <br /> 2 . Water and Sanitary Sewer . Since water and sanitary sewer <br /> services are not available to tFle proposed subdivision , individual water <br /> wells and septic tanks to serve the individual lots in the proposed <br /> °;�> <br /> subdivision shall be provided , which shaZl be designed and constructed <br /> , ;:: <br /> to minimize or eliminate contamination or infiltration of them by �lo.:..a.- �- <br /> waters _ The Subdividers further agree to waive any objections to the <br /> creation of sanitary sewer or water main districts in said subdivision , <br /> and further stipulate that upon completion of said sanitary sewer or <br /> water main within said subdivision the existing residences thereon shall <br /> connect to said mains within three construction seasons . <br /> 3 . Drainage . The grading plan for any structure shall provide <br /> for drainage of all surface water to public right - of -way or adjacent <br /> lake area , and all lots graded in connection with the construction of <br /> any structure thereon shall be so graded . <br /> The Subdividers covenant and agree not to challenge , protest , or <br /> object to the formation or creation of a drainage improvement district <br /> by the proper governmental authorities , as authorized by the Revised <br /> Statutes of Nebraska .
