<br /> SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
<br /> fBonnie J. Range, a single person, of Grand Island, Nebraska, in her
<br /> own right, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of Four Thousand
<br /> Seventy-four and OS/100 Dollars ($4,074.05) , receipt .of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br /> a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein calZed the
<br /> Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to construct,
<br /> operate, maintain, repair, and replace a sanitary sewer line, manholes,
<br /> and other appurtenances upon, over, in, and through a tract o� land located
<br /> in Lot One (1) of Dickey Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Zsland,
<br /> Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br /> The north twenty (20) feet, or 6. 096 meters, of the south
<br /> thirty-six (36) £eet, or 10.9728 meters, of Lot One (1) of
<br /> Dickey Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, containing 3,686 square feet, or 342.4294 square
<br /> meters, �ore or 1ess, as shown on the plat dated 7/2/76
<br /> marked Exhibit "A." attached hereto and incorporated herein
<br /> . by reference,
<br /> togeti2er with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and
<br /> egress under and across such land for the purpose of exercising tYie rights
<br /> herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, and other
<br /> obstructions from the surface of such tract_ Any sanitary sewer and
<br /> appurtenances placed upon, over, and under such tract of land shall remain
<br /> the property of the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time.
<br /> Said easement is to be used for Sanitary Sewer Area "C^. Should the
<br /> permanent easement be developed as an area for the parking of motor vehicles,
<br /> the Grantee agrees that at such time as repairs must be made upon the
<br /> sanitary sewer within the permanent easetaent area that the Grantee will
<br /> replace at its cost any and all paving removed as a result of the repairs
<br /> of said sanitary seti=er.
<br /> The Grantor, for herself, her heirs, executors, administrators,
<br /> successors, and assigns, hereby covenants that no buildings , fences, or
<br /> structures, except paved parking facilities, shall be erected or permitted
<br /> on said tract, and that the easement herein granted shall run with the �
