<br />�� KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that ROBERT WHEELER and NANCY ��

<br /> consideration- of the sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars (S2,700_00)
<br /> in hand paid, do heseby sell and convey unto DALE SKIi3NER, hereinafter
<br /> referred to as Mortgagee, the following described premises situated

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described with aII the
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagee and to
<br /> his heirs or personal repx�esentatives, forever, provided always,
<br /> and these presents are upon the express condition that if the
<br /> aforesaid Mortgagors, their heirs or personal representatives shall
<br /> pay or cause to be paid to the said Mortgagee, his heirs or personal
<br /> representatives, the sum of Two Thousancl 5even Hundred Dollars

<br /> tenure and effect of a certain Promissory Note executed by ROBERT
<br /> WHEELER and NANCY WHEELER, husband and wife, and delivered to
<br /> DALE SKINNER, on January 1, 1978, and shall pay all taxes and
<br /> assessments levied upon said real estate, and ]ceep the buildings on
<br /> said premises insured, then these premises to be void, otherwise to
<br /> be and remain in full force.
<br /> It is further agreed (1) That if the said Mortgagors shal.l �
<br /> £ail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the said Mortgagee
<br /> may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so
<br /> advanced with interest in accordance with the said Pronissory Note
<br /> shall be paid by said Mortgagors, and this Mortgage shal2 stand
<br /> as security for the same. (2) That a failure to p ay any of said
<br /> money, either principal or interest when the same becomes due, or
<br /> failure to comply with all of the foregoing agreements, shall cause
<br /> the whole sucn of money herein secured to become due and collectible
<br /> at once at the option of the Mortgagee_
