<br /> The original principal note in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand and no/100 Dollars -
<br /> {$25,000.00), was executed and delivered by the undersigned under the date of
<br /> Auguat 15, 1977, to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> and.was due and payable on the 13th day of February, 1978, together with interest aL
<br /> 9X per annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage to The First National Bank of Graad
<br /> Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as Document �i77-004736 in the Mortgage Records
<br /> of I�all County, Nebraska.
<br /> The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Twenty-Five Thousand
<br /> and no/100 Dollars ($25,000.00), together with interest thereon at nine per cent (9%)
<br /> per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful money of the United States
<br /> of America at The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br /> above-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and in
<br /> fu11 force and ef£ect during such extended period. If default be made in paymeat o£
<br /> any principal sum, the entire pr3ncipal sum with interest thereon, shall immediately t.'
<br /> become due and payable at the election of th e legal holder thereof.
