<br /> ea�ement; and co provide the effective date of thia ordiaance. �
<br /> BE ZT ORDAINED BY THE NAYOR AKD COUNCZL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br />; SECTION 1. That portion of Barbara Avenue being 20 feet, or 6.096 meters, by 30 feet,
<br /> or 9.144 meters, in size, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning ac ehc southeasterly corner on the moac eascerly line of Loc Two
<br /> (2) in John 6 Marie's Subdivision; chence running aoutherly on a prolonqacion
<br /> of the mosc easterly line of Lot Two (2) in John d� Marie's Subdivision for a
<br /> distanoe of tventy (20) feec, or 6.096 meters, to che eascerLy prolongacion
<br /> of the soucherly line of John & Marie's Subdivision; thence runnin� westerly
<br /> on the easterly proloaga[ion of the soucherly line of John 6 Marie s Subdivision
<br /> for a distance of thircy (30) feec, or 9.144 mecers, to a soucheascerly aorner
<br /> of Lot ltao (2) in Tohn 6 Marie's Subdivision; thence runninR northerly on an
<br /> easterly line of John 6 Marie's Subdivision for a distance of twenty (20) feet,
<br /> or 6.096 meters, to a soucherly line of John � Marie's Subdivision; chence
<br /> running easterly on a southerly liae of John 6 Marie's Subdivision for a discance
<br /> of thirty (30) feet, or 9.144 meters, to the place of beginning;
<br /> De, and hereby is, vaeated; provided and conditioned, chat the City of Crand Island, t3ebraeka, ;
<br /> hereby reaervea a perpetual utility easemenc to cox�struct, operate, maintain, extend, repair,
<br /> replacn, and remove public utilities, including but not limited to sani[ary sewer caaina,
<br /> water mains, overhead and underground electria discribution linea, gas lines, telephone
<br /> linea, manholes and other appurtenances in, over, underneath, and through the easterly
<br /> �ixteen (16) feet, or 4.877 mecers, of said vacaced portion o£ Barbara Avenue, together
<br /> vith the sights of ingress and egresa through and acroas the easement for the purposes of
<br /> exercieing the rights herein granted. No improvemencs, atzuctures, or buildings of any
<br /> kind vhatsoever shall be allowed in, upon, ox over the easement herein reeained.
<br /> The foregoing portion of the vacated stxeet containa 600 square Eeec, or 55.74 square
<br /> metera, as ahown on the drawing marked Exhibit "A" dated 1/I8/78 atcached hereto and .

<br /> passage and publication vithin fifteen daya in one issue o the Crand Island Daily independent.
