<br /> of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and excepting easement
<br /> now of record in £avor of the Central Power Company, reccrded in Book
<br /> Q at Page 443 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Reg-

<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with �

<br /> the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with
<br /> grantee's heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully seized of said
